CNXMotion presented virtually at CES 2022.
CNXMotion provides you with portable software solutions to prepare you for the ADAS and AD future.
- Safe – Brake-to-Steer provides an additional layer of safety at $0 additional hardware cost
- Connected – Cooperative Steering allows temporary engagement by the driver during autonomous driving
- Convenient – Advanced Motion Control emphasizing safety, arbitration, and fallback controllers
See the six technologies on display this year.
Brake-to-Steer: Steer-by-Wire Redundancy
This technology utilizes the vehicle brake system and torque vectoring strategies as a steering backup when there is no mechanical steering link present.
Brake-to-Steer: Automated Driving Systems Redundancy
This technology utilizes the vehicle brake system and torque vectoring strategies as a steering backup in automated vehicles.
This technology allows temporary engagement by the driver during autonomous driving, with seamless transition back to autonomous mode by releasing the steering wheel.
At CNXMotion, we are developing motion control solutions not only for the passenger car market, but also for low-speed vehicle applications.
At CNXMotion we focus on Motion Control. We leverage our experience developing and integrating Continental and Nexteer products into the new area Motion Control.
Motion Control Safety Management Functions
This technology provides a software solution to safely manage a transition to our fallback motion control system while providing actuator performance capability feedback to an autonomous motion planner allowing to complete a driving mission.
